I received a recommendation to visit Harts Jewelers to see Gary Liebert about purchasing a wedding ring for my now wife (if all you read is this, I strongly recommend Harts Jewelers, because my once girlfriend is now my wife, thanks in part to Harts and Gary). I didn't know the first thing about jewelry nor did I know the particulars of what my wife wanted. He could tell I was nervous - I was practically crying on the shop floor! Gary consulted me throughout the whole process and took time to educate me about the 4 C's - Color, Cut, Carot, and Clarity. But not only did Gary educate me on the finer parts of jewelry, he also gave me suggestions on how to deliver on a romantic and surprising proposal. This was a real value add for me. I knew I chose the right jeweler because he not only gave me a pristine ring that my wife loves (and she said yes!), but also that he cared about how it all went. I returned recently for a complimentary ring for my wife and Gary remembered my name and we caught up. If you are looking for a local jeweler who knows his craft and cares about his customers, look no further than Harts. I wanted to get two pendants engraved. No other jewelry store would engrave them, because I purchased them from a private vendor. Hart's Jewelers was the ONLY place I could find that would engrave them. The staff members were very thoughtful and personable, and even made sure the engravings would not damage the pendants. They do the engravings in-house, and were done within a couple of days. They did a beautiful job. They also have a great selection of Vera Bradley items, other jewelry, and all at great prices. Hart's Jewelers is now my primary jewelry store. I can't recommend them...

I had heirloom pearl necklace my grandmother gave me when I was a teenager to wear on my wedding day & 2 days before my wedding my mother accidentally broke the clasp & entire necklace. I called Harts in a panic & they saw me immediately & fixed the necklace right on the spot!!! And the cost was much much much less than i had anticipated!!
