Delivered 19 mowers here everyone was nice. After unloading I started for the exit the same way I came in. As I started past the shop one of the mechanics decided to block my way. OK. No problem, he's just moving some equipment. I'll wait. Several other mechanics were standing around watching him. He gets out of the equipment and and looks my way because obviously the other guys pointed out the fact that I was there. So he looks right at me and shrugs his shoulders like, so what? He the gets down and starts looking at the equipment and turns on the blades or rotors and completely ignores the fact that I'm trying to leave so I can make my other delivery appointments. Really??. You couldn't pull up 5 feet to let me by??? It would have taken 15 seconds for me to drive past and leave. Nope! Guess not. Inconsiderate prick. I guess mommy and daddy never let him play with toy trucks when he was a baby 👶 so he's mad at truck drivers now. I ended up sitting there for about 5 minutes or so before I decided to back up all the way to the dock and got turned around so I could drive through the customer parking lot to get out. Sorry people. I would like to mention that dealing with the staff here was quite pleasant and I apologize to the owners for giving a poor rating. All your customers seem to enjoy doing business here unfortunately there are few people that make an enjoyable experience seem less enjoyable for others. Excellent! Good, solid, down-home people! I bought a lightly used 2017 JD 3025E last week. I live 2.5 hours away, so I called and spoke with Glen (who told me he was the manager). He was super nice and helpful. He gave me the rock bottom price they could sell the tractor for, which was extremely reasonable, so I told him I'd hook up a trailer and be there in a couple of hours. I got there and they had the tractor moved up near the front door and ready to go. Everything went super smooth. Donnie (the salesman) was just as nice and friendly as you'd hope for, and he's an Aggie so that's a bonus. We sealed the deal, they welded some new hooks on the front end loader, gave me a pair of new keys for it, and now I'm the proud owner of a very nice used JD tractor. Had a delivery of petroleum products from Houston, TX. Arrived on 10-7-24 @ 8:35am. Instantly had help getting unloaded after pulling into rear right side of parking lot. Nice big concrete dock was there(Goggle Maps didn’t seem to show). Didn’t get name of person (maybe Jeff ?)who unloaded me but thankfully he was gentle and professional in how he handled the task. At 9:15am was departing and like an earlier review had said, going long way around was not the correct way as I had multiple units moving, parking in the way. So I backed up and went out the way I came in around showroom and customer parking.
