Overall, I have been happy with my experience with Germania Insurance and Beseda Insurance Agency, for you have always be kind and professional. I do hope at some point prices can stop going up. I recently heard from a home owner that their insurance will no longer cover anything fire related. I'm not sure of the specifics, and surely hope this is not true....what is the purpose of year after year, paying thousands of dollars for a supposed peace of mind and security of having home insurance, when it won't cover something like a fire? I surely hope that this person heard something out of context or misunderstood. If it is something that is going to happen to them or others or myself....let me put it this way......you won't want to hear a review from me. It would be unfortunate to say the least, because I would cancel my policy immediately, not wasting another penny on any company that is willing to be that crappy and incompetant. Hopefully that never happens. The amount that all insurance has gone up is really ridiculous and so unnecessary. Things are so expensive. I have made a couple of claims on my auto policy, yet none ever on my home policy where I have in 20 years made not one claim. It's concerning to say the least. But what can a person do? Seems like there could be some type of incentive program for a person who has paid into a company for years without making a claim, to get some type of credit, something. Any little bit helps.
