Kohl's — Local services in Wheaton

I frequently visit this location for my Amazon returns. In addition to buying merchandise occasionally. Overall this is a great store and location.

I do have some feedback for improvement. The Amazon returns is located at the other side of the store once you enter. Location wise its not that convenient for the customer. At the Downers Grove location they have it right when you walk in at the first floor. Going off of the returns, I think customers would buy more from Kohls if they got a higher discount lets say 30%+ or even 5 or 10 dollars off on their purchase for the day. They used to do this back when returns at Kohls first happened but not they dropped to 5%, 10%, 15%, (I think now it's 20%). In terms of pricing, aside from clothes a lot of the stuff there I can pretty much find cheaper online through Amazon. Example: If we take the Jurassic World toys a lot of them are listed at Sticker price or with a markup. If you search Amazon or other retailers you can often find them much cheaper and below sticker price. Once again another example of this, currently as of now the D-Rex toy has a sticker price of around $50. Online at Walmart and Amazon its listed for $30. That is a 20 dollar difference. I am sure a lot of people have noticed these differences which is why I have noticed many of the dinosaur toys or toys in general are not being bought up. ---My suggestion would be to offer more competitive pricing and for maybe the marketing or sales people to re-evaluate their pricing on...

Great store, weird customer service.

I was looking for someone to help me in the jewelry section, surprisingly like maybe 5 -10 minutes later I somewhat got some help. This lady came by the jewelry section and asked the person nearby if they needed assistance, she said no, and I glanced over at the employee (bc I'm the one that needed help) she looks over at me and continued to walk away. Of course, I try to catch up to her and as I try to tell her I need assistance, she facing away from me and every time I try to approach, she looks and steps far back away from me. I get the whole 6ft away thing but we both have mask and she's making me feel uncomfortable like I have some kind of disease by just trying to get a little close to show her the rings I needed in a smaller size, but yet of course. She then said all they have is what's out (which I understand) BUT as a retail associate myself, I always say the same thing and always double check in the back JUST IN CASE. I just recently visited this store, and I could not be happier with all the things that I bought. The store is just like what I usually see each time I visit it. Its location is clean and everything is organized. There was always a great find, maybe a thing or two, in this store, and I never left empty-handed. I like the recent experience I had because I was only planning to buy clothes for myself. However, I saw the wonderful collection in the women's section, and I could not help but remember my sister, whose birthday is near, so I decided to buy something for her as a gift. The dress I bought was really nice, and I bet she will definitely like it. The staff also helped me choose that particular dress. I also found wonderful, minimal-style pots that are really nice. I do not know the reason why, but most of the women I know are now fond of plants, so I also bought pots that I gave to my mom, who also loves plants. I liked the experience I had in the store.
