So I know that using parking lots is frowned upon but I had groceries to get was planning on getting them after helping my wife who was prepping for a drivers test by using the back right corner of the parking lot on the pull through and back through portions away from the direct entrance from the main road, had the manager come out and verbally tell me to leave his parking lot which didn't make me mad but his next comments drove me to confusion he cocked a attitude and he stated to go use the big lots and dollar general parking lot because they don't have any customers which they did and we were a hazard and driving away customers from them so I packed up no argument from me but I will no longer shop at any riesbecks. I don't mind being asked to leave but being childish is a lil much especially since we were using the back spots that were unused and was 10 spots back from the nearest parked cars. Again this is there right to ask me to leave but I'm also in my right to no longer shop there and I will tell people I meet to avoid them...
Read moreDidn't have such a great experience. I think this is a good store but I think their signs have something to be desired as they can be very misleading, especially on sale products and especially on soda. I was met with an attitude from a service desk clerk about a sales sign that was clearly misprinted even though one of the other associates said it was misprinted/ misleading. After dragging me back through the store to argue about the sign before she even saw it spending 10 minutes back there listening to her go on and on and hearing the young man. Apologize for the sign. She stated that she couldn't alter the price and I said why are we back here then I said so you're not going to honor, what's clearly stated on the sign then she took the sign out of the holder stated it was the last day of the sale and that she'd have to check with whoever. If you didn't think the sign was misprinted, why would you take it out of the stand and why couldn't you explain the sign to me. We'll see how this goes...
Read moreCustomer service is typically good & you can usually get through checkout pretty quickly. The deli always has a nice variety of grab & go snacks, dips & sandwiches/subs plus other options. They offer hot, fresh food (breakfast sandwiches, rotissary chickens, other dinner entrees & sides, etc) daily in their hot case. The food is usually prepared well & tastes good enough for a quick...
