Sarah was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. I was very anxious and upset going in there asking a million questions and she answered every question I had. She never seemed annoyed by me and made me more comfortable as she explained and helped me navigate through the process. I hadn't been there in years because my experience with the company was not a good one to say the least. This time it was a pleasant experience! Went there to get my taxes done. The lady who did the taxes had no idea how to file taxes or even do the paper work! I had to go back 4 times because she forgot to get me to sign stuff and she forgot to copy my w2s! Seriously if a place says they do taxes at least hire someone who knows...
