We ordered a delivery for the 1st time today, I was a little skeptical at first, but thought I would give it a try. We are getting older and this gives us another option. To start off the process was user friendly and really simple to use! They keep in contact with you, letting you know when your order is being picked, if they have to substitute anything. I ordered a couple deli made Ceasar and club salads, they didn't have the exact ones I ordered, but the substitues were very close and very fresh!! We were also very happy with the meat and poultry we ordered. There were substitutons, but it was mostly value packs and they were spot on. The pork chops were even better than what we pick out!! I had picked the 12-1pm slot, our ordered was delivered about 12:10, and he had brought it into our building and down the steps before even contacting us! Our delivery guy was David, he was very polite, nice and our order was above our expectations!!! I only feel bad that I wasn't sure about tipping policy, but definately called store to let them know how pleased we were!! Will definately be using this delivery option again! Well...

Half the time produce is expired old, bruised or not fresh! I bought a pack of peppers the other day got them out to cook with today (and they were in a package) was cleaning it off and noticed it’s soft and had some mold on it. I don’t know how long it was there for because the pack of peppers never seem to have dates on them, i’ve looked several times before. Also, have noticed they put fresh things behind close to expiring items in the store. The salmon never seems real fresh half the time. I know in talking to other people they have some of the same things to say about the produce not being that great a lot of the time as well as other things in the store. (ex. was shopping for tomatoes as well, another customer came to look at them as well and he said “they don’t look very fresh do they” i had to agree). It has gone down hill over the years. Will most likely take my business elsewhere, tired of having bad food or close to...

I stopped in on a Saturday evening while my clothes were drying at the laundromat around the corner. I only needed three items.....Not one of the employees in any area of the store could tell me where to find chili spice mix...I did finally locate it and when I went to the cashier...the only register open there were 7 people in front of me. An employee told me I could cash out in the customer service line...and I moved to that line. Apparently I was standing in front of the access to that desk coz the employee that just finished vacuming dropped her vacuum on the floor...threw her hand on her hip and glared at me. I asked her if the was a problem and she cocked her head to the side and pointed at me. I said...so you got a problem with me? She said I need behind the counter....I didnt even know I was blocking it....I will never buy anything from there again...untrained and ignorant employees dont...
