Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wheeling

This is the worst pizza hut I have ever ordered from. I don't usually leave reviews but this place really is just horrible. I've ordered delivery from this place several times and it is always been a bad experience. The pizza is never here before an hour and a half, the food is often cold upon delivery or not even correct. One time my order was 100% wrong and when I called to complain I was told they close soon and so they couldn't send me a new pizza. I had to argue with the manager for several minutes before he finally agreed to give me a credit for the cost of the meal. The next time I ordered I tried to use my credit and I was told they needed to have a manager apply it then they put me on hold and just hung up. I had to call 4 times before they finally took my order and applied the credit. Another order didn't arrive for nearly 3 hours and when I called to ask about it they told me that it would either be here in 5 minutes or an hour and I just needed to wait. It arrived 30 minutes later, ice cold. I ordered tonight and was told the delivery would take one hour and forty minutes, that's ridiculous. The customer service is also terrible they have a "just deal with it" attitude. I hate that this is the only place that delivers because they are...

Where to start...I ordered my pizza and stuffed puffs stuff with marinara sauce at 510 pm online...wait estimated at 10 to 20 minutes. I get there at 530pm..I see my name on the take out screen with the word ready next to it..I wait 5 minutes for the staff to fix their last screw up with the customer in front of me..I get asked my name and then they go back for my pizza, only to return and say it's not ready..I figured ok 2mins....NO, try they never made it and needed to make it still..three more times they asked me my name and went and checked on it like it was going to be done in a minute..stop lying and just admit someone forgot to make it. At 555pm here comes my food...almost an hour later from time of order. BUT WAIT there is more. The pizza was made wrong..The cheese stuffed puffs were old from when they were originally made..and the marinara sauce was soooooo watered down I had to throw it out...I will not be returning. Management must be a monkey for this type of zoo to function.

Update...next day: Eat there at your own risk..my buddy and I both ate from there...We are both sick with explosive diarrhea as if our bodies are fighting to remove that food from our...

We ordered the big dinner box with two pizzas and boneless wings yesterday I picked up around 7 something I believe...whoever took my order was very rude, unpleasant and sounded miserable about her job. Upon my arrival i noticed a small sized woman? i think who was on the heavy side with long hair having her hands on her hip looking at me. Then like at 2am I got severally sick. I only had three slices of pizza and wings. I had to keep going to the restroom three times while trying to sleep. It was like as if someone put laxatives in our food. We use to like and enjoy the food from this location. But for some reason this person was very incompetent. If you don't like your job please don't make it miserable for costumers or let alone other employee's and leave.
