Target — Local services in Wheeling

Zero stars if I could!!! Starbucks, custumer service is accomplished by two rude unprofessional baristas! As I Was looking for my coffee bag on the shelf, and was missing, asked Heather 6 times if I could take a look in the cabinet to see if they have it at all!!! A custumer saw me, I tried to repeat the question one more time for the 7 time!!!!!!She did not understood the question.:(((( Decided to take look, just to see if they have it at all, and than there’s another barista that popped up behind my stroller, bulling me and harassing, humiliating me in front of everybody!!! Telling me i could not do that! I was in shock!!! Than she gave all the way attitude harassing and intimidating me on each step of the way!!!! Like everything i was doing was wrong! What a monster! Cannot call that human being! I hope universe gets here what she deserves! As I was pushing my stroller further, and trying to be polite got my 2 bags of coffee and left... remembered my coffee wasn’t ready for use, asked to grind it! The other bully again did’t miss the chance to harass me, by telling me to wait at end, as I was trying to figure out what tea I wanted!! Ordered the drink, got to the end to wait, again the bully didn’t miss the chance to tell me to get back by the waiting white flag, as I was a step ahead stepped back, making a u turn with my stroller! OMG !!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Left in one single time over 30$ and was treated like a ,,criminal” !!! TARGET DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! It’s horrible!!! Ewwwww Disgusting unprofessional experience! Terrible ,,baristas”!!! Horrible custumer service! Ewwwww Never getting anything...

I mean, up front: it's a target. If you've been in one before then nothing will surprise you. I will mention that this one is larger than most, almost to a significant detriment.

We had a hard time finding things like body wash, which aren't located with the shampoo and beauty supplies, but back in the corner near the paper plates and pharmacy. Similarly, the food section is a bit cramped and more than once I spent way too much time looking for something. For instance, frozen meatballs don't live near the frozen meats or frozen garlic bread, but in a floor freezer with hamburgers. Also, confusingly, this store does not sell full size cans of peas? They have peas with carrots, and tiny cans of peas, it's the most minor nit I've ever picked.

There's annoying service call button somewhere in the store that broadcasts a loud, grating "BING" for ultimately no reason.

The checkout lines are established awkwardly as well, with nowhere for the cashier to place your goods after they ring them up. You have to hurry up and pile your things onto the belt and get up there before they run out of room on the pointlessly tiny counter space.

Today, I tried to use Target's Drive Up service at this store for the first time. It did not work. I placed my order earlier this morning. A few hours later I received an email that my order was ready. I drove to the store and pulled up and parked in the Pick-Up spot. An associate was there putting their order in another car. Rolled down the window and asked the associate what I needed to do to pick up my order. The associate said I should have warned the store I was near and he just walked away. I thoroughly investigated the email message from Target stating my order was ready to be picked up. No where on the message could I find a directions or link to notify Target I was there. So I sent a reply to the email saying I was there and waited. After ten minutes without seeing anyone, I tried to call the store. After listening to a lengthy message of numbers and then more messages of numbers I pressed the guest services line. The line rang once and the call dropped. I tried again and again trying different lines. The call kept dropping. Finally I decided to walk into the store. I carried out my stuff. When I got home I found that the pie shell I had purchased was smashed by cans in the same bag. So much for this stores performance. Seems they have some...
