well I looked at the other reviews here and there's one three star and there are a number of four stars. And none of these people had anything negative to say about sebo's. Apparently they just don't give 5 stars.
Well I have only positive things to say about this store. Whenever I go in there with a problem there's always someone there who has expertise and neither plumbing, electrical, hardware, paint, etc.
And everyone is so friendly and helpful and they have so many things in that store. your hardware section has more than some of the big building supply stores in Seattle like home Depot. I'm so grateful that I live only 3 miles away. So whenever I need anyting shoot...

After explaining to them calmly the problem, they get immediately defensive and criticize the customer as though they're the liers.
