White Bear Manor — Local services in White Bear Lake

Been living here for a couple years and it's been a pleasant experience so far. The location is close to a lot of nearby shopping and essentials (except for public transit). The management is very friendly and very quick to respond to any needs we've had. Maintenance takes great care of the buildings and the outside areas. We've had no issues with pests. Walls seem very thick - can't hear the laundry going or any nearby neighbors (unless you're in the hallway). Has a GREAT pet policy – one of the only places here in White Bear Lake that does not require cats to be declawed, which is a super huge plus....

I have lived on this property several years, it's a very pleasant, peaceful, unique property. The management is kind and respectful. Recently there has been many updates to the property. The landscaping around the property is amazing. They put a new windows, new patio doors. New carpet is in the hallways. Freshly painted hallways. Me and my girlfriend have been living here for a year now and plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future! Everyone is extremely pleasant and our building manager is the friendliest person you'll meet! They shovel right away and take good care of the lot on a timely manner. The layout is very nice with lots of space offering multiple options to how you want to furnish.
