We pick up here quite often. Most of the time our pick ups are pre-loaded and ready to go ahead of schedule. On a rare occasion we might have a live load and they generally go quickly. I’m usually in and out in an hour or so. Easy maneuvering to drop a trailer but getting into the dock is a little tight but doable. Employees have always been pleasant and on point. There is a scale on site you can use to check your load but I can’t vouch for its accuracy. I almost always scale these loads at a CAT scale to be on the safe side since the loads tend to be on the heavy side. They don’t have a drivers lounge or port-a-John but visit...

I got there at Midnight and they were open and loading trailers. Entrance off Hoffman Rd, I stopped at the gate and walked by bay 4 to check in. My apt was for 11am but they got me loaded up by 3:30am. I took an 8 split and parked with no problems on right side of Hoffman Rd. The Auto shop that's at the entrance, i was told the guy gets in at 8am and will not like you parked in his lot. I called the shipping department and found out that they would fit me in if I arrived early for my 2000 appointment. So when I arrived at 1630 they gave me a door assignment right away.
