White Bear Royal Apartments — Local services in White Bear Lake

I recently had my $2000 tires stolen from an insecure garage at white bear royal. I attempted to ask residents if they had any information about the theft in a very polite way. Irene stated she did not want residents to know about the crime taking place at the apartment complex. She rudely claimed she would call tyconco's lawyers and falsely claim i was harassing residents and bad mouthing tyconco. This was extremely disturbing that a property manager (Irene) would go to these lengths to intentionally try to hide crime taking place at white bear royal. Residents need to know just how bad the theft problem is here so we can take actions to protect our property. Im also alarmed they have the nerve to charge 25$ a month for a garage full of broken windows with doors that never lock..... Nothing is being done to address the crime problem here. Just a few months ago two motorcycles were stolen out of the garage. In the summertime vehicle break ins are extremely common. Irene even said "I would not park my car here". My wife and I lived here for several years and we really enjoyed it. Irene the landlord was always very kind and helpful to us. The walls are thick, we never heard the neighbors, we only heard people walking through the hall once in a while. The apartment layout is really spacious. Our favorite part about our apartment was the storage space, we had a large walk in closet by our front door, a decent size closet in the hallway, and another walk in closet in the bedroom. Perfect for a married couple or single person. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's in a nice area with lots of parks and trails, and also has an excellent Chinese restaurant within walking distance. I lived at White Bear Royal for 7 years and it was really great! The managers and maintenance staff were always very helpful and took care of any issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend any of the Tycon Company properties to family and friends. There are 9 properties across the twin cities making it very easy to find a property that is most convenient for you! They are always making updates and changes to the property. They also do lots of community events such as food truck events, grab and go breakfast, coffee and cookies, catering events, and events with the local police department.
