Where do I begin? After giving in to my curiosity about this studio, I finally attended an intro course and was hooked from my first āfeet in strapsā. I joined the same day and I now attend at least one class per day five days a week. After searching for some type of exercise that is challenging yet enjoyable, Iāve finally found the one.
The customer service is exceptional. For example, I received both a text message and a phone call confirming my first class. The latter made it convenient to ask and receive answers to questions.
Since joining, every single interaction Iāve had with an instructor, front desk person and the general manager has been great. They are ALWAYS pleasant, welcoming, helpful and just all around nice. For example, after joining, I didnāt read the policies as quickly as I should have and double booked myself one day. Bianca was so diplomatic, kind and professional when she brought it to my attention. Also, the couple times Iāve chatted with Breanna, Iāve been energized and uplifted by her energy and great smile.
One thing that sets this studio apart from the others Iāve visited is the layout. It was thoughtfully designed and lessens the complexity of the transition between classes.
The complimentary coffee and water is such a nice touch. It may sound weird but the spray we use to wipe down equipment smells so nice!...

They have excellent customer service and great instructors who work with you to accommodate your needs, even when last-minute things come up. They are very understanding and will do whatever they can so you donāt lose your credit.
Classes are fun and challenging. Since I started Pilates, my cardio workout has improved too. It was hard to get back to jogging/running after my kids, but because I have a stronger core and hamstrings now, I can jog/run longer. I started Pilates because my doctor recommended it to me for my back and neck pain, and now they are almost gone. I also get to have a nice stretch going to Pilates. I love it and highly recommend it for long-term health benefits. When you have a great studio, customer service, and instructors, it is a win-win!
I went to classes with Sydney and Kristen, and they were great. Time flies by fast with a great flow and mix-and-match workouts between upper and lower body. Never dreading it.

I had a free intro-session with Karen yesterday and found her amazing.. today I booked an early morning session with Savanah and she was awesome too.. when we ended up the workout, I was really feeling effects on my body because Pilates workout focuses on body balance and breathing practices primarily that we usually ignore in regular gym workout.. and I felt so comfortable even though it was my second session. It sounds so peaceful in the studio.. I wish they come up with more membership options.. Bianca and Brianna both were very excellent in communicating membership options and quite helping in making me experience my Pilates workout sessions.
