Chilaquiles con huevos! Ok, what an amazing breakfast. It definitely tasted great. I'm sad the one in the Elkridge area closed down cuz this one is kind of far but out of the ones I've been to, this was always the best anyway. Still worth the drive, right about 25-30 mins (in light traffic). I could eat this every day & I've never had a bad meal here. From their plantains to their pupusas & their tacos & tortas, it's always going to be a delicious meal. My only real kind of complaint is the tables are always sticky even though I see them clean the tables off regularly. It's honestly been like this for years, regardless, still a pretty small complaint considering the food is as good as it is. If I was really bothered I would eat in my car, just worth noting I guess. If I was ever in the position I was in jail & they wanted to know what my last meal was going to be, it would be this & their pupusas. I'm completely stuffed now though & in clear need of a nap. 😴🤣 Haha. If you're ever in the area, you definitely should check this place out. I love Mexican breakfast & it's sad there's not a lot of places open early. This place use to open at 6am so definitely a great place for people who work early. They open at 8am now so not as early, but still should be on your way to your 9-5, trust me.. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I have been coming to this place for a couple of months now, and they are always pleased at the flavor of the food. We are from the southwest, so we know a thing or two about this type of cuisine and we are glad to have found this place. The breakfast tacos are on point end. The corn tortillas are delicious the fillings are well flavored. The musical ambience while you’re eating is also to be enjoyed end it makes us feel like we have a little piece of home here in Charm City. The chilaquiles are also one of our favorites. My husband went to order plantains unfortunately, they did not have them, and he was offered kudos, and they came out first and were, and his words, “ delicioso”- they were a bit crispy in the outside, and chewy on the inside (not doughy). Dusted with cinnamon and sugar, they were served up with a little portion of chocolate sauce (it seemed to be of a Hershey’s level chocolate) and a caramel dulce-style sauce; my husband definitely liked the caramel sauce- he even said, “it was the first time he’s felt like he had an authentic churro” (😀) the team is always pleasant and we love going!

Off a Whim I walked across the street from great clips after my daughters had their hair cuts . We walked in to Latino music and the smells and aromas of Latino food . We were instantly greeted by the young lady behind the counter . They have two options to see their menu , the first is a screen above the counter and the other is a digital one you can scan and view . The decor is hand painted pictures on the walls . We decided to order 3 chicken quesadillas for the girls . I decided to get a red and a green Tamale. Also a beef taco . The bill including 4 drinks was only 40 dollars. The food was cooked on the grill and only took approximately 7 minutes of a wait . Came out hot and fresh . The takes were great ! The beef taco was also good and the girls ate their whole quesadilla. ( I also noticed that this location serves breakfast ). Every person that came in the door and sat down to eat left with a smile on their face . Between the food and atmosphere this is a must stop for food !

I do not typically write negative reviews, however the experience with this restaurant was very distasteful - and i didnt even try the food.

Picture yourself hungry on a Saturday morning. You want to go somewhere new and unique for breakfast. Baltimore has a lot of options but we wanted something different then the regular cafe, diner, bakery breakfast. We got to the shopping center this restaurant is located in around 7:50AM. Not a soul in sight. Around 8:03AM we see movement in the restaurant and saw them put down/move a rug and turn on the “Open” sign light. We waited until 8:05AM to get out of the car. I got to open the door and it was still locked. Since we did not park in the front of the restaurant we decided to just stand near the front door admiring the flowers out by the street and observing the other shops/food places in the shopping center. Waiting and waiting and waiting, at 8:11AM we pull on the door again and it is still locked. The gentleman behind the counter looked up and seemly said something but no movement to open the door. He continued to pull the tray from somewhere and disappeared. We stood there waiting for someone to come around the corner to open it. We were awkwardly standing there. Still nothing. We decided to walk back to the car. By the time I was closing my door, we saw someone walking from the back to the front, seemly to unlock the door. However, at that point we already decided to go else where. We did not feel welcome. The door clearly indicates that they open at 8:00AM. This company is not ready for breakfast customers at...

Was a fan of R&R before it moved to its current location. It was at white marsh mall prior, and that was when I first enjoyed their food. I've visited it at its new and current location, and I must say the food is as great as I remember it, all with a nice sit down area that has been well cleaned and maintained each time I've been.

Don't expect anything too close chipotle or qdoba, which are basically americanized and mainstream Mexican food spots. R&R has more of an authentic Mexican cuisine, and with it comes much variety. Just as an example, the selection of meats alone is "limited" to 9 different types.

There are only a couple things I would mark this restaurant down for. One is that only a handful of employees speak English fluently, and it is a bit of a challenge when one who does not is on the register taking your order. Nevertheless, they are all very polite and good with service, so I can't be too upset with a bit of a language barrier. The other doesn't bother me in particular, but people I have been with have said that although they really enjoyed the food, it was a little heavy on the stomach. But I say it comes with the territory. After all, its not a salad bar.

I would recommend R&R to anyone looking for Mexican food that is not as generic as the mainstream spots, or anyone looking for a good place to get a quick...

My girlfriend and I had gone to give her dog a bath and hadn't tried this restaurant. We went to the location off Honeygo in Perry Hall. Because we had the dog with us we sat outside and made a mobile order. When I asked about takeout menus the guy behind the counter handed me one but was derisive in body language when he did so. I spent all in all 40 minutes waiting for the food to be prepared. I watched multiple customers come in and place orders at the counter and then walk out with their food. The two Latinos behind yhe counter at register were not regularly calling out order numbers but I watched as bags were placed on the counter. The one kept looking at me a d could probably see I was agitated. My food sat on the counter for more than five minutes before he finally called my number. I immediately got up and grabbed my bag and headed to the door without saying anything to the guy behind the counter but he was smiling which leads me to believe he knew what he was doing. As I pushed the door open I could hear him laughing as he said, have a good night sir. When we arrived home shortly after the order of nachos and cheese which chorizo was made incorrectly and bathed in salsa. Between the poorly made food, the wait, and the attitude of the front staff my girlfriend and I will never dine here again. Horrible experience...
