STAY AWAY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... I ordered an emergency exit window for my motorhome. This window costs twice what a standard window costs. A product arrived at my home in a very reasonable time. I open the package, wrong product. BAIT & SWITCH??? I immediately called and the representative wanted photos in an e- mail, which I did.I told the woman on the phone that I did not want to waste more TIME & MONEY and wanted another option due to their mistake
In the meantime, I can't use my RV, nor show it to buyers because someone in shipping doesn't know their own inventory. I had to order another product from a reliable company.
Twenty days after my initial order I get the correct product that I did not need and Factory RV Surplus claims they are not responsible for their error. YES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.
This is what's wrong with America. No apology, no follow-up that someone made a mistake with the option to MAKE IT RIGHT. I tried to do business with a small American company. No one TAKES RESPONSIBILITY at this company.

Read moreThis company has the worst customer service. Bought a 3500lb axle through Amazon. Used it for 50 mile hauling a side by side that weighs 1100lbs. While driving all 5 studs sheared off. When I contacted the company through Amazon, I was told they only have a 30 day warranty and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I pointed out that a company focused upon customer service would refund my money and they would put in a claim with their supplier. Who has a 30 day refund policy on an axle? I would understand if they sold flash lights or kids toys. Unfortunately the “Manager” said this was their stance, even if we spoke on the phone. What does that mean? Who cares what medium is used. I would bet they are still selling a sub product that may have defective parts during the manufacturing process to customers. Read moreI have ordered twice from Amazon RV roof vents because the first order said the merchant canceled the order after it was shipped and I hadn't so I reordered and it was ordered on the 17th and it was suppose to be delivered on the 23rd well the only progress is just that it was shipped and I am leaving to go camping and needed it today at the lastest so tomorrow I will have to cancel both orders for refunds and go buy at least 1 tomorrow so I would never buy from this company who is literally 2.5 hours away and this has been going on for 2 weeks now...
