Its been a year since I bought my 3 horse with living quarters, I love everything about it. Everything works wonderfully, the layout and design are super user friendly. I was lucky enough to be given a tour of the factory before I bought, and I got to see just how much effort goes into the build. I have no worries about driving this thing down the road. I had originally wanted a 2 horse because I was worried about how it would pull, but my truck has no issues with it and the initial fear of hauling such a large trailer disappeared after my first trip. I had a couple small issues with this thing when I first picked it up, and I was dreading having to deal with the warranty. Seriously, it is so amazing to call John and know he will do everything to make it right. My whole experience with Merhow has been fantastic. REAL PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE. I am a locksmith in Springfield, MO, had a customer with a horse trailer bought from Merhow; she had lost all of her keys to the trailer, had a show in Dallas TX to get to and was scared to go unsecured. In order to solve her dilemma as quick and painless as possible I reached out to Tiffany at Merhow. She dropped whatever she was doing and immediately made our little key problem her problem! She provided me with enough info to get our mutual customers keys cut and on her happy way to Texas! Absolutly impressed with the level of service Tiffany provided. Read moreMy wife had a problem with her trailer, the hinge's on the loading ramp had started to fatigue....stainless pin and aluminum hinge's. Keep in mind this is a 23 yr old trailer.After assessing the situation and talking to several welding shops and listening to their suggestions and not being satisfied with them I decided to pull the trailer 500 miles back to Merhow all the while knowing it could be a hit or a miss. Guess what....It was a homerun...they treated us right and did a fine job making the repair and improving a system that had lasted 23 yrs. And the cost was just as good. Five stars...
