I can not thank the staff enough at Nate's for bailing me out. My car broke down on the Indiana turnpike (broken pulley/belt and nearly overheated). After several miles of turnpike I was able to get to an exit and after a brief stop at a local tire dealer to identify the problem I was directed to Nate's.

In dire straits, I pulled up and explained that I was out of town and needed to be somewhere that afternoon. The staff promptly looked at my car, made a phone call/ordered the necessary parts, installed them, and had me on the road again in less than an hour! TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!

Without a doubt, they were one of the best auto service centers I have ever encountered. Given my situation, they could have easily taken advantage of me. However, they were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. I could have not asked for better service. Tried Nate's 2 years ago when I moved here from southern Indiana. Was impressed!! I would say we are close to $7000 spent at this shop since then. Made them my mechanic. Since then the service has really declined. Last time there, I had them replace 2 headlight assemblies. It was suggested by Nate. Bought the assemblies and took to Nate's for installation. Charged me $350 for labor only and installed the right headlight assembly with zip ties. That same vehicle had them do engine swap. Spent over $3500. Had them test drive the car. They said everything was good to go. Drove car home with horrible brake sound and pull. Called them to ask about it, was told it was rust on the brake pads. I knew better. Been going to Nate’s for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Nate and his crew are always helpful friendly and ready to help figure out any problem. Nate has on many occasions diagnosed the problem and came up with the best and cheapest way to get us back on the road. My wife works down the street and they regularly change her oil and service her car as well as let us know any issues that need to be addressed in the future .
