Michael was amazing. My aunt passed away and her computer got dropped while moving her things. We wanted to be able to access all the ancestry info that my aunt worked so hard to find. Michael figured out the problem quickly and offered a very reasonable estimate. Very disappointed and ended up using someone else.

Found this biz on Google, talked to the owner and he was alright.

But the tech came to check out my CPU, I asked him to put a mask on to come in my house and I even offered him one of my disposable ones to just check it out and it was just...silly.

He looked down and said "Awwww man...."
