Something is going on with the water department that is shady. I have noticed in the last 5 to 6 months that the water has been a money grab for the city. I got my bill in the mail on the 25th saying that my bill was charged on the 15th. 10 days latter. And my bill is changed a 20 dollar late fee on the 30. 5 days latter. I paid half waiting on my next check. The 13th my water is turned off and charged 25 dollars. That's 45 dollars that they charged in there so called late fee. So when I get paid on 15 to pay the rest of my bill a new bill will be out and they will not turn on my water till that bill is paid off. If they are going to bill you on the 15th it should not take 10 days to get my bill then charged a late fee 5 days latter. And my bill is no even a month old on the 13th. I use to not have a problem with this till recently I'm not sure if someone is new and has decided to just start doing things on there own. But someone needs to...

I'm a new homeowner here and so glad I chose this place to buy. During this winter crisis when most of us were out of electricity and water, our city stepped up! Our city kept us informed of the progress in town, busted their butts and never complained. EVERYTIME I called the water dept, police dispatch, and even waved down a public utility truck, my public servants were kind, helpful, and above all else compassionate. They turned my water off due to a leak at central park town homes because they said we owe $ 334. Because we had a leak then code compliance said they didn't do apt. I am sick I have sezuires and tumors in my body and one on my heart I take around 20 different meds a day so how am I gonna take my meds I need plus I am dehydrated and have a disabled 6 year old son plus the people that run the water office especially the management is rude they trying to make us pay for a leak we didn't even want it's bad enough they put to much bleach...
