Cowtown Snow Balls — Restaurant in White Settlement

I'd like to consider myself some what of a shaved ice/snow cone connoisseur, blue coconut with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is my favorite. Stopped​ by cowtown sno today because I was having a major craving that needed to be satisfied. Disappointed to say the least, took one bite to notice only the top outside portion of it had syrup on it the rest of it was just ice and no "blue bell ice cream" at all even though I was charged for it and the blue coconut tasted like cool aid. My son ordered ice cream in his aswell it was definitely not blue bell tasted awful. So I turned the car around and went back hoping they were just being careless and not paying attention and hopefully make a new one instead they gave me my money back and the young lady who served me was very rude. I basically ended up asking for my tip back, no sorry no nothing. I refused to go home with out a satisfying my craving and proceeded down the road to another shaved ice stand just before the light at 820 and white settlement. It was amazing so yummy, service was awesome, the people were friendly and shaved ice was cheaper and way better quality...

We thoroughly enjoyed our snow cones and will be back! I chose banana and cream which had a very light consistency and great flavor. Moreover the owner is a kind and considerate individual.
