Dollar General — Local services in Whitefield

It's a Dollar General. Nothing out of the ordinary. My issue is with how the company staffs the store because there are only a couple of employees there at a time (for the most part) they often have to do the job of multiple people. Which means much longer wait times and exhausted workers. One day I was there and an employee had gotten injured but had to rush back to the register from stocking shelves because there was no one else there to help. Walked in no one at counter to ask where anything was. I'm using a cane walking around finally found band aids. It was windy 5°w/wind chill looking for a woman's scarf, walking . Blonde girl finally register says nothing, me, " You don't have woman's scarves? " She said nothing nodded her head NO. PLEASE TEACH HER TO TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT, LOOK AT THEM ASK IF THEY NEED HELP; THAT IS WHAT IS THERE FOR .THAT'S HOW YOU MAKE MONEY CORPORATE...

First of all the ladies there are incompetent, they act as if I am inconviencing them, and cant bother to show up to work with clean clothes. Not only did I wait for a cashier for 5-10 minutes, but then the ladies are seriously rude (and made CLEAR that I am bothering them) and are devoid of any manners at all. From what rock did these people crawled out from!?! I would like to know the Hiring standards...
