Sunny & Jillians Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Whitefield

Ordered A large breadstick and 3 subs. They said it would be half hour to and hour 15 minute wait. So we asked if they would call us when it was ready and they said yes no problem and took our cell phone number down. After waiting an hour an 40 minutes we went down to figure out what was going on with our food. Not even a minute after pulling up they came out with our food. So we asked how long it was sitting there which they replied " uhhh I'm not sure I can ask" Then I'd assume the manager Amy came out being very rude to tell us they dont call people when there food is ready after offering the services on the phone but she can remake our subs if we wanted her to but they "weren't that bad" but we wanted them to remake them due to soggy bread but then told us we would have to wait another 20 minutes on top of the hour and 40 minutes we had already waited. Due to having other orders.. even though they messed up our food and should prioritize our order. So now at 8 at night we are trying to swallow down the ridiculously cold breadsticks and the soggy cold subs as it was to late to order from somewhere else. My advice to other future customers... 1.) Not to even bother ordering food here as they were very rude, and said they were willing to fix it but repeatedly tried to talk us out of it. When we still wanted them fixed we got more attitude and another wait time instead of prioritizing their mess up. 2.) There is alot of other places with great food and better customer service, that also dont offer services they dont actually intend on pursuing, that when they mess up your order will gladly fix it right away to keep guest guests satisfied and wanting to return. Amy was very unpleasant and rude.

I ordered a cheese pizza and it was not remotely even the same as usual, it was thin as paper, tough and dry, my mom ordered a vegetarian sub and when we got home and got our stuff out to eat she opened hers up and it was a vegetable sub but a green pepper, onion and mushrooms all cut up and fried in a burnt sub roll to boot it looked like someone vomited in it she was disgusted she just threw it in the trash. I don’t know what is going on with that place, I don’t know if the kitchen has changed or something but the place may have updated it’s inside maybe they should have put some of that into training someone how to make good food. Well according to your menu that my mom read and ordered her sub from the veggie heated is not green pepper, onions...

Stopped here with my wife and daughter after a day of hiking. Almost nothing was open on a Tuesday and we came across it by chance. So glad we saw the tables outside. The outdoor tables and chairs were very comfortable. The food was great (thanks again for recommending the Cowboy Wings OMG so good!!). The beer on draft was super cold and much needed after a hike. The food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was wonderful, but above all the service was outstanding and we really appreciated it. Definitely will stop here again if we are...
