I drove a half hour to pick up my 2 scripts because they called me and said if I didnāt pick them up that day they would put them back on the shelf. Got there and was informed that they didnāt have either one ready and if I waited a half hour they could get one of the two pulled. There excuse was we have a new system and itās not very accurate. I told them I didnāt talk to a computer I talked to a person from the store. I didnāt have time to wait so I told them to notify me when they were ready. Today I called and was told that only one had been filled and the other was coming from the main pharmacy and wouldnāt be filled until Monday afternoon. I informed them that I was out of my medication and couldnāt wait that long. They said in that case they could fill it themselves. This was at 2 pm I told them that I wasnāt available right that minute and would be down later in the day probably around 6. I get there at 6:05 and the pharmacy is closed for the day. I was furious I have to drive a half hour each way and this is the second time Iāve gotten there and still donāt have my meds. Techs lack knowledge, wait time is insane, always back ordered or out of stock, takes several attempts and interactions just to get a script filled and extremely unorganized. Over the past two weeks Iāve gone twice and this is besides the phone calls Iāve recieved or made to this location, to pick up a script that I was told was billed through insurance and would be ready. Both times they were not ready and didnāt have drug in store either. The second time I was told to return because they had generic and it would be ready in thirty minutes and after an hour I returned to be told to come back in thirty minutes. Today makes trip three (half hour drive one way) and to my surprise my script was profiled and it wasnāt even ran through insurance. Someone decided to not fill it and they donāt have drug in stock and at that itās back ordered and thereās not ETA. Not understanding why a few days later itās not already ready on the shelf. I hooked both my computer and my phone up to the machine for a print and the machine would not progress to the upload stage. Every question I asked to troubleshoot the problem was answered with an I don't know/we can't/don't have it. --- "I've never used a computer with these machines." "I don't know how to use the online portal". "We can't give you wifi to use the online portal on your computer." "We don't have another cord to see if the cord is the issue." "We can't use our computers that are connected to internet to place the order." "You can't send the files to an email here for us to print." "I don't know how to find what you're looking for on mobile." Then when I walked out there were three other employees huddled at the front checkout desk talking, when she had three people back in the photo department. The only good thing I got from going to Walgreens was their customer suggesting I try out Walmart down the street instead....
