The fast food restaurant faces many issues that unfortunately the management never seeks to fix.
The past 4 times i went i found myself waiting in the drive thru for a while minute until somebody came to take my order. It appears as though the person taking orders also is making the food. Which cuts in to the customers time having wait for your employees to take the order. More people should be working.
Along side the 4 times i have been there. 3 out of 4 of the times, they have gotten my order wrong. Either not taking off toppings, not giving me the meal, or this last time in which they added mustard when distinctly asked for no Ketchup or Mayo. Mastard doesnt even go on the Bacon King. So i ask what made this person add it? There seems to be a lack of communication between the orders because for some odd reason the food never matches the order. If the employees feel rushed then that means you need more working to help ease slow down things for you employees to match the order.
Side note to all of this. Taking the time to go in and get my correct order takes even more time out of what was initially suppose to be "fast food". There is nothing fast about it.

Read moreUpon entering we could hear the manager barking "dining room!" to an employee behind the counter. I'm sure playful yet loud. He complained "every single shift." She kept saying "please", he kept saying "every single shift." She told him "hurry up so I can go home" and I was thinking "very unprofessional." As I stood there, I felt awkward as no one was coming to take my order. I almost left but cashier saw someone she knew, greeted him and asked me for my order. "King boxes for $6" I told her, she asked what I wanted in them, I said "well, just like in the picture (medium fry, whopper, two cookies, med drink)" and she took my money. More goofing around, sarcasm, etc and loudly. The manager had to raise her voice just to communicate with a sweet little elder lady...I got my cups (small) and a bag of food. Not the boxes pictured nor the food pictured. We did get the whoppers (hense the two stars) small fries and no cookies. The reason I didn't go back in to get the rest? Because on our way out this same cashier chastised a co-worker for getting to work on time (evidently she felt he needed to start work early so she could leave early). Never going back...
Read moreI went there last night to get a couple of things and they took for ever to take my order. Then they told me that they will have my total at the window. Very horrible service. Let alone when we went up to the first drive through window the lady asked if we wanted napkins YOU ALWAYS GIVE NAPKINS TO YOUR Customers NO MATTER WHAT! Took forever to get my change! Was talking over the head set and being slow. Then we went to the second window to get our food and they were messing around the girl that was bagging the food was joking around not paying attention when the window was open and we were waiting someone in the kitchen was yelling curse words and being very imature and not acting professional at all what so ever. Hoenstley i might not even go back to this place.I work at a fast food place and no matter what we make sure that there screen screen looks correct before they pull ahead we ask it they want any sauce not only that we also give them NAPKINS AND IF THEY ASK FOR EXTRA WE GIVE THEM EXTRA!
