BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Whitehall

The staff was rude and did not seem to be trained well. When ordering, I had to repeat my order several times and the staff member still could not figure out how to ring up my order. When the manager came to help him (I am assuming he was new), she became frustrated with me for ordering a drink. Then, one of the drinks was made incorrectly - I asked for a brewed coffee with a shot of espresso and received a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. When stating that I did not order that, the manager got angry with me, aggressively threw out the drink I made, made another shot of espresso and poured it, missing the cup and spilling it down the side. Slammed it on the counter and walked away.

I went to the Whitehall branch to buy a gift card and ended up buying a bragel also. RUDE customer service! The employees only spoke to each other and said as little as possible to me. The comments about employees asking for tips at the drive through is true. As I waited for my bragel, the employee at the window immediately asked about a tip as soon as she opened the window. When my bragel was ready, it was thrown across the counter and employee yelled "Turkey Bragel!" No acknowledgement, no thank you. To top it off, my sandwich was lukewarm at best, the cheese was not even melted. Not a great start to...

Such a disappointment if I’m being honest. Coffee at this location was mediocre and didn’t even get the correct order after I repeated it to the worker 2 different times and received attitude back claiming “she knew” lol. They also didn’t give me one of the drinks I ordered and paid for then made me pay for it a second time and the worker threw both receipts out and never gave them to me. Maybe if the workers had a smile on their face and we’re polite i wouldn’t be writing this review. If you want mediocre coffee and a rude “barista” come check...
