I recently took my wedding set to Colliers Jewerlys in Whiteville NC, to fix the prongs in the diamond.The diamond is 30 plus yrs old it was my husband's grandmother's ring. I was nervous about leaving my ring, But as I walkd into Colliers the ladies made me feel welcomed and I really liked that. I was introduced to Todd and from the start he made me feel like I could trust him. He started telling me what he could do to fix my diamond and he even seen where I had two more issues with my ring that I couldn't see . He explained the whole process of what he had to do to fix my ring. And even let me look at the stone threw his eyepiece it was nice to see what my ring actually looked like on the inside. Well my next question was HOW MUCH and I can honestly say I was pleased with the ending price . I was first greeted and assisted by June. She was very sweet and professionally, especially considering that I dropped a mess in her lap. I had a wedding set that I wanted to have soldered together as it was difficult to keep them in proper line. That person was Todd at Collier’s. Todd is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He examined my ring, assessed the problem, and said I could pick my ring up in a couple of hours. His pricing was very reasonable and my ring looks amazing. He repaired, checked all the prongs, and cleaned my ring.
