Cox Warehouse Discount Furniture — Local services in Whiteville

I rate Cox Warehouse a big fat 0. My husband and I went into the Warehouse in July to buy furniture for our new house. We were pressured into putting half the money down due to gas prices going up. The manager told us that 2 couches were coming on the truck within the month. I called to inquire about when the furniture would be delivered and the lady on the phone told me it would be in October before it was shipped out. The receptionist called my husband this past Friday to say our furniture would be delivered today which is labor day. Then she called back on Saturday to say they had to reschedule the delivery date due to our furniture would not be in until October. We went today to talk to them in person. After they gave us the run around my husband asked for our money back. The manager said he could not due to the lady lived 40 minutes away. We live 45 minutes away and was told we could come back to get our money. Would not recommend this place at all....

It was my first time customizing furniture, and he made it so easy and helped me make the couch of my dreams. Dan was always easy to reach and kept me up to date on the status of my couch the entire time. My wife and I needed a new living room set. We went in to look. The staff showed us around, encouraging us to sit in every chair and on every couch that may have interested us. The sales person was very knowledgeable about different brands of furniture and their durabilty. We found a nice sofa and love seat, and we picked a great recliner as well. They offered us a great deal on the package... way better than we were expecting. The furniture was delivered to our living room the next day.
