High Flyer Specialty Store — Local services in Wichita Falls

This shop is way over priced. Everything they sell is way too expensive by comparison to other local shops and internet sources. I would have turned a blind eye to the overly priced inventory if the people that worked there were not so rude. the guy in the back center of the store was smoking a big nasty cigar idk about everyone else but i dont want to smoke what your smoking from 6 feet away. plus the cigar man barley looked at me much less looked me in the eye, didn't even tell me what i owed him after he punched in my total.. it seemed as if i was bothering him by spending my money there.i consider the lack of attentiveness to be very rude. then there is the guy with scalp tattoos. while waiting to be helped i observed this man seeming to be annoyed with a costumer cause of all the questions they were asking. when it was my turn to be helped this man was especially rude to me. they way he treated me cause i didn't know anything about the product. this man also seemed to be annoyed, he did not greet me, and pushed me along like i was wasting his time or he had better things to do. overall i sincerely doubt i will ever return to this store since i can find nearly everything they carry cheaper on the net or at a different local shop where the people are...

Alyssa was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They have a rewards program that utilizes punch cards (Frequent Flyer Card, hilarious pun btw, good job on that).

They recently painted the store, layout is nice. They have a large selection of incense and tobacco smoking products.

No Debit or Credit cards on any purchase under $5; it must be paid in cash.

I almost got swindled here before, the clerk telling me I had to buy smokeables with the purchase of a pipe, by law. I said I no longer wanted the pipe and she lost that sell. She tried saying it was for, "My protection". Yeah, whatever. I support small business but becareful of exorbitant prices here.

I attended a small gathering for a 4:20 Friday lottery drawing. I absolutely loved it! The staff are great, creating community opportunities for a Friday afternoon. One particular member, gave speech on current government cannabis...

Super bummed. I got my vape here and it was just like garbage from the get go(*which means since i purchased it). Didnt want to heat up and oil kept sucking up through. The problem was, i brought it back and asked for help and the lady was clueless.. she asked me if i "googled it because you can find anything on google." She then went to get someone who knew more than her who took it apart and didn't really know what to do besides telling me to put it in rice... (*And honestly, why do you own a smoke shop if you literally know nothing about smoking or vaping? I literally thought the owner was a new employee bases on her knowledge level so i tried to give her some slack.)

...oh and minor detail, there were color options!?
