United Supermarkets Pharmacy — Local services in Wichita Falls

The best pharmacy I have ever been to and let me tell you why. Normally, I go to a pharmacy and I take an obscure medication that is sometimes not stocked. Even with refills, every month when I came to get the next months supply, they were out of stock. It will take 2-4 days to arrive.

Not here. When I had an issue one month, I voiced my concerns about it happening the next month as other pharmacies had conditioned me to expect. To my surprise, I was met with kindness, accountability and an assurance that they would ensure the medication was ordered and stocked monthly just for me. And they followed through!

I went by after work to pick up prescriptions for my son. I ended up stuck in line in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I say stuck because I had people waiting behind me as well. Is it practice to allow people to sit and wait for their prescriptions to be filled instead of telling them how long it will be and asking them to come back then? I mean why make everyone else in line wait. This is not the way to do business. If it is something that is going to take a while like insurance then you need to ask them to come inside.
