Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

The systems were down which sometimes it happens but the girl at the window was extremely rude. When we first pulled up she was very abrupt and didn’t even stick around to hear my question. I had placed a mobile order and was curious if I was going to get a refund for my order. We pulled up to the window to ask and she immediately snapped at us and said that she had already told us no orders were being taken. I had asked why she talking to us like that, she said she didn’t have an attitude. (But she did. I wouldn’t have said anything if she didn’t have one. That’s not something that people make up for fun. & I also have the incident captured on my very good dash cam audio.) She then cut me off and said very rudely, “I don’t have an attitude, have a great night, sweetie.” She slammed the window shut and stormed away. Everyone in my car acknowledged that she had an attitude. (Even before she even came to the window!) We we’re being very nice and understanding but she still was very rude and unprofessional. Placed order special. Dbl Burg Jr. W/tots then changed order cause Burg didn't come w/veg's then had to wait about 5mins. To tell someone my new order. Then said light on onions n when order Finally came out girl repeated order n said extra onoins. I said no. She of course took my Burg inside took off some onoins then returned. While I was waiting on change I took look at burger it's cold to touch n everything on it was all over the place! I said no I don't want this it's cold etc. The carhop said well I need your drink back too then. REALLY! Anyway that was the end of the visit. No trying to make the customer happy or maybe can I fix another one for you if you don't mind waiting?? Nothing,just wanted that drink back too! I have had other bad visits with this company. I do believe that's my last. I worked in food service most of my job history n never have I confronted a bad situation in that type of manor or would even think too. I'm unclear where this place is. Using Google Maps, we ended up in front of a falling apart building, and using the 360 street view, the pin is indeed on this falling apart structure. No Sonic anywhere to be seen, and it is listed as open on Google Maps, not even temporarily/permanently closed. I am giving this 1 star because we only came looking for this location after being unable to even get a #1 combo ordered at a nearby location and wasting almost 30 minutes as they tried to figure it out. That location is getting its own review. Then we come here, hoping to get better service, and instead, we find a falling down shack. My daughter really wanted Sonic, but we ended up going to another fast food place because we couldn't get Sonic. Spending that much time to get nothing from Sonic was very frustrating in the middle of the second day of a 2 day drive home. I've always enjoyed Sonic, so this was a real disappointment. Get it...
