United Supermarkets — Local services in Wichita Falls

I especially like this parti cular United Market because it's kept very clean and the freezers are not all frosted over like many are the people are very pleasant and helpful if you need help finding an item or if you need something heavy lifted into your car they're all eager to help. The only reason I wouldn't give them a five is because like so many stores everywhere today they can't get stock in as readily as they need it so up in the some of the shelves are bare and I know that's as disappointing for these folks as they are for we who shop there. Yesterday was a particularly busy day folks planning and buying for their holiday dinners folks getting rid of travel making sure they have the supplies they need for their trips and so many of us just got our Social Security checks the store was really really busy but the people that work there were so kind and so helpful and it seems to me they have the spirit of Christmas and the holidays all year long because they're always very helpful I didn't see as many empty shows District maybe because it was in the middle of the week and the truck's all came in I'm not sure but I love the United store on...

Most recent Update : I haven't had any issues since. The employees are always courteous and the store is always clean and organized.

I am updating my review because of the timely response from United. I really like this United. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the store is always superb. The only issue I have ever had is the one described below. I am a frequent shopper. Thank you, United, for being great, again!

Review for the Jacksboro Hwy United: The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of price mix-ups. There were a couple of items on sale, but they rang up at regular price. I waited over 15 minutes while they sent two different employees at two separate times to go check the signs. The first employee they sent never came back. The items were in the sale ad that they had sitting at the register. I do understand they make mistakes, but three days later, these same items were still ringing up as regular price when they were still on sale. Well, I can only say great things! Today I was there to order chicken and sides for a Special Olympics of North Texas, event being held and sponsored by the Deacons of First Presbyterian Church. Not only did both Uniteds contribute, but the concierge made it incredibly simple to figure out the order and get it done. Not only this great service, but the knowledgeable and sweet lady on the specialty aisle for supplements, candles and natural items walked up to me as I was pondering my search. She was able to point me to the exact item I needed, listened and was incredibly helpful, (like a friend)...of course while I waited for a prescription, I picked up my all time favorite chicken salad with grapes, white chocolate apricot bread and found an incredible organic blood orange fragrance!
