And if one thanks you are not what they consider rite for this late because you try to fight for what is rite, your rites and the residents then they push you untill they make you uiet. There is hardly any one here with the experience of more that a few yes. They can leave one xna nvthe floor for the whole family while the nurse and the rest of her friends go out like every 20 min to have a smoke but if you say anything to the dmin they tell you it's there rite.
