I went in March to get my laptop looked at because it would not come on. I brought it in and found out I need a new hard drive, a fan, and windows re-install. I paid to get it all done because the price to get it fixed was better then purchasing a new laptop. Fast forward to now and for the past couple of weeks my fan has been over heating. I called them to ask them what could be done and was told the warranty was only good for 30 days. Bummer but I can understand that. He said they could re-look at it. I asked if that would cost me and he said yes the $39.99 diagnostic test. That is what I had the issue with. I was hoping they would have the decency to stand be their work considering it had not been a month and a half or so before the same thing breaking is what they just fixed. For this reason I will go else where next time and will make sure not to refer...

It's a decent store if you need computer parts and don't have the time or patience to wait for it but other than that I will be staying away from this place. Prices are decent and the staff is alright but I was quoted one price and given a higher price by the time I got in to buy it. The selection isn't great but it's better than what you will find at Walmart or BestBuy when it comes to some catagories (You can find a better selection of fans, cables, sound cards, network cards and cases).

If you are a enthusiast and need some replacement parts then this is a good place to go to if you need-it-now (Because we all know Walmart isn't exactly stocking up on case fans, power supplies, thermal paste and graphics cards) but if you are a recreational user who just needs a quick add on or upgrade (Hard drive, memory or a monitor), I'd stick with the big...

My computer is like new/brand new and the staff was nice and understanding. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to price/quote inconsistencies. I was quoted a certain price before paying for an additional service and when a family member went to go pick up the laptop the staff advised it’d be $20 more. Upon checking my receipt, and being told it would be $80 for the additional service I was actually charged $85.99. My laptop works GREAT and as aforementioned, the staff was nice, but make sure to get all the quoted prices in writing to avoid the changes in pricing.
