Last year I left a review because of poor management and customer service. I came back to this location at 10 PM. I was advised at the drive-through that my meal would take four minutes. I told her that it was not a problem and paid for the food at the window. I waited and I ordered two meals and was given one chicken sandwich with a pickle And a small fry and that was not my order so I went back to the window and advised them that this was not the food that I ordered. I ordered a four piece chicken meal and Country Fried steak dinner, Mac and cheese & Fries for a side. She then took the meal out of my hand, that she had given me that was incorrect and told me that sheāll go grab it, but I had to wait longer. I told her that was not a problem once again and that I just needed my food. When they brought my food out about four or five minutes later, they carried my food out with the trash in the same hand! Once again so you understand - she carried my bag of food to the car while carrying the trash in the same exact hand!!! I am disappointed and I am just amazed that these people are able to work here and have such bad attitudes and customer service, Also not to mention thats extremely disgusting to have mine or ANYONES food so close to the trash. So, not only are you not giving people the correct meals it seems like everything was done on purpose because they didnāt want to make a meal that I told them I didnāt mind waiting for. I hope that this KFC does better for both their customers & employees, because unfortunately they altogether give a bad reputation. If you didnāt wanna make my food, you couldāve just said so and not had me be OK with waiting and then get upset with me and give me the incorrect meal on purpose just because you donāt wanna make it. The only reason I believe that this was done on purpose and not just a mistake was because she has to once again tell me that I had to wait for my food like I didnāt already tell her that it was fine. Also she had a poor attitude about it and made me feel like I did something wrong when I told her I donāt mind to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food quality here is actually pretty good. Trouble is, you can't actually get any food. Every other KFC in town's lobby is open, and this location had large signs advertising that their lobby was open (they have since been removed.) The lobby is locked and has not been open in months, and the employees have no intention of opening it (this also implies the complicity of the manager.)
So, you're stuck with the drive-thru. Sat there for five full minutes and the line never moved. If you don't think that's very long, hold your breath for five minutes. It's 1/12 of an hour. If the line was moving, that would have been fine - I get that places get busy. Non-moving lines are the opposite of busy. It's one single customer failing to be served causing a chain reaction of customers failing to be served. "We're out of chicken" is unacceptable as an excuse. You're a chicken restaurant. Your job is to cook chicken. If you didn't cook sufficient chicken, you failed to do your job. Any other reason implies a lack of ability to package and serve food - two things that are also your job.
If this was a one time thing, it wouldn't be a big deal. But, this is the rule rather than the exception for this location. They fail as a fast food restaurant. They fail at customer service. They have failed at the simplest job society has to offer. These people should be ashamed of themselves - instead, a segment of society has dedicated themselves to cheering for them and demanding they be paid more.
There's a saying in business: "Quality, Speed, Affordability: You can choose two." You can't even get one, here. For a few extra dollars, I can get Applebee's, which is higher quality food and not much slower.
If you work here, I hope you read this review, and I hope it makes you mad. I hope it makes you feel bad. You should feel bad. You're the exact type of person that is holding the rest of society back. We could get so much more done if we didn't have to drag your dead weight...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI understand that some days customer service can be truly hard to do. I've worked for years in customer care positions but my recent experience needed some sharing. I am pretty patient if I have a bigger order, understanding that sometimes extra things need pulled out. Being asked if I would be okay with waiting for more chicken to be dropped in the fryer when running out at lunch time. I wasn't okay with the attitude and service I received. I stopped at this location to pick up lunch for a group of friends I haven't been able to see for months, something special for us. I asked for two 12 piece chicken strip buckets, the male on the other end asked about sides and I answered. Then a lady got on the headset letting me know, very brusquely that they couldn't do two buckets because the chicken was frozen. I went ahead and asked if they could do one and I would just get a 5 dollar fill up (pot pie not strips). They asked if I could wait, sure thing. Then a nice long awkward silence settled over the speaker before the lady came on and snapped at me with "well what do you want me to do ma'am? I still have to drop more chicken for one bucket. The chicken is frozen." This made me feel pretty awkward and like a huge inconvenience even though I was going to be dropping 50 bucks easily on this. So I went ahead and let them knos I was fine with waiting and could do the one bucket instead of two with the fill up. At this point someone else jumped on the headset that broke up over the speaker but from the words that I could catch I just was an inconvenience and unwanted with my order... At lunch time, 12:40pm, on a Friday.... So I let them know that it was fine and I would just go on to somewhere. Which I did, spending my money somewhere where the people were okay with my slightly larger than normal order. I thought it best to share...
