I just had to file a complaint with the FTC about this place. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS ATTEMPT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AS ALL OF YOUR INFO IS JUST TRANSMITTED TO THE STORE AND THEN YOU DON’T GET SQUAT! I attempted to purchase a dinette set this morning online utilizing their website and I was sent an email confirmation that my information was transmitted to this company. I did not receive a phone call from the company but decided to follow up. I was then told that their website, that has a shopping cart and checkout setup, as well as, ask you for your name, address, phone number, and CREDIT CARD INFO is not for placing orders. This is what I was told by Jayson. This sales rep then proceeded to talk me out of buying a mattress as he stated that they are “Bottom end mattresses” only good for kids and overnight guest. I decided to believe him that the quality of the mattresses are not good as stated in other reviews. I still wanted to go through with and order ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION ALREADY and was ready to purchase a different dinette set for $359. However, Jayson started stating that I needed to text him a copy of my ID. This is to his PERSONAL CELLPHONE!!! After Jayson hung up the phone on me several times because I requested to speak to the owner, I finally contacted the FTC about a possible IDENTITY THEFT SCAM as their website lures you into giving up information but does not guarantee sale of any items and they also look to extract other types of personal information via electronic transmission. If I could give this furniture a 0 star I would. I bought a head board and frame(king size) and put it together to find warped wood, and wood that was too short to fit the frame. It's a joke. I've had my bed for less than a month and everything is completely broke. When I called them *within the first week of purchase in store they told me to take apart my bed and only bring back the pieces that didn't work. It's sad they sell things that are such pieces of crap. I'll never shop there again. I found this bed cheaper on Amazon and think it's funny I even bought from this place. Also, the price online was cheaper than in store and I had to pull it up to show them. I'd rather support local businesses but when this happens it's hard to not go back to...

It’s my first time I walked into the this store and it’s lovely place and friendly people I looked around and everything was great and felt soul searching what I looked for it then I found a nightstand and looked so beautiful masterpiece and color woodworking and right size and fit in my bedroom by my bed so I asked owner how much cost and and she cut half price off and good deal on it then I bought it last night and my father want to store and getting my new nightstand bring it to home today, but owner store person was very be patient with me because I’m hard hearing deaf and she was careful and kindly lady and she gave me a cut half price for nightstand, thank you for saving last nightstand and I will take a good care of...
