So far, my experience with furniture on consignment has been absolutely horrible!!!!! Abby and Kenya in customer service lack customer service, . Neither one of them will return your phone call. All they do is just pass your message onto somebody else.. I was done dealing with those two girls and customer service as they canāt do anything for me other than just take a message and pass it on because they both working from home. After dealing with horrible customer service from those two girls, I finally asked to speak to a manager who I got Jessica. She has been the same. I spoke with Jessica on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I have yet to receive a phone call from her in regards to what we discussed on Friday.. So now to start with the reasoning of why I have to deal with customer service. I purchased a couch and recliner from the west Wichita furniture and mattress store, which the sales representative Koby has been nothing but Amazing!!!! We did not want to wait for the delivery, so we brought it home ourselves. Unfortunately, when we got at home, we realize that the set was too small for our living space so on Monday, I proceeded to go to furniture on consignment , to look for something different that would better fit my space. I found a couch and recliner that I felt would work to our needs so I did the ex exchanged paid the difference and decided to wait for delivery process which was going be take four days later. Delivery day comes Iām scheduled for 945 to 1015. Delivery guy shows up at 8:45 takes my old furniture out and brings in my new couch. Puts the back on my reclining couch and then gives me the paperwork to sign and says, oh yeah, by the way,, did the store call you and tell you that they lost your recliner. Of course I know nothing about this. No oneās contacted me and the store is not even open yet, so I then have to wait till 10 oāclock to get a hold of somebody to find out where my recliner is. one person tells me my recliner has been lost, another person tells me my recliner has been damaged. They explain to me that someone will call me later to let me know if they can order the recliner and how long it will take, or if they find it they will reschedule a delivery date. And when I use the words someone this is referring to Abby or Kenya. So I wait and I wait and I wait for returned phone calls and I get nothing. I try to recline my couch and it wonāt recline so I called to let them know this , after dealing with Abby and Kenya all day long and getting nothing back from either one of them. Thatās when I chose to speak to customer service manger and I got Jessica. My husband came home later that night, and discovered that the delivery drivers did not put the legs on my couch, which is the reason why it would not recline. They lost the legs as well. So on Saturday I had to go on a wild goose chase to find legs for my couch. Go pick up my supposedly missing recliner ( that accidentally got delivered to a different location) So I called Monday morning and got Kenya, I told her about the missing legs , she said they will order them. so they are going to order me new ones Which will take 7 to 10 business days before I will receive the new legs to my couch, which keep in mind I only have seven days to return the furniture if itās not going to work out for me, so therefore, when the legs show up, I will be past my seven days to be able to return the furniture. So, as of now, I sit here and wait for the legs!!!
Update: 4/9/24 Technician came to my house last Wednesday and installed the legs on my brand. New furniture today is Tuesday and I have yet to receive a phone call from customer service wanting to know if everything worked out and if Iām happy with the process..
As far as a reply to the owner, your comment states to contact a manager Iāve been talking to Jessica, and she has claimed to be a manager !!! And my personal opinion she lacks...

When we finally stumbled upon this store we were so excited immediately upon walking in as there was an insane amount of options just from what we could see at the front of the store. The excitement wore off very soon as we were hounded by a salesman nearly every time we sat on a couch to test the comfort or stopped to talk about options. It made what couldāve been an easy shopping experience into a stressful one. We eventually left because of this and decided to look online for couches instead. I found the same couch we liked in the store online for several hundred dollars cheaper than the store had it. On FOUR different sites just from what I saw. I called the store back asking if they would do a price match and he said he absolutely could do that since I found it low on several different sites as well as a military discount for us. After being put on hold and the salesman spoke to his manager, I was then informed that even though I was getting a price match I would HAVE to also buy furniture protection for $300. When I asked why I had to buy that when we didnāt want/need it, he told me that since I was getting such a good discount (on a couch listed for way cheaper on SEVERAL sites) that I had to buy this due to their policy. Which brought the couch back up to full price and completely negated the discount to begin with. They also said they would no longer honor a military discount because of the discount we already got⦠which was maybe a $50 discount instead of the hundreds it shouldāve been. They offer price matching, but will force you to buy other things along with your original purchase that will bring it back up to full price. Which makes the price matching pointless. We were upcharged, constantly harassed, and lied to. This team and management clearly only care about money and making a sale rather than taking care of their customers and doing the right thing. We did end up purchasing the couch as shipping from the site that we found it cheaper on wouldāve taken too long (however it was free shipping) and we needed a couch sooner. I am very unhappy with this experience and will not be returning to this store again. If you find something you like in store, look for the exact item online and I am sure you will find it for much cheaper and have a way better experience. 0/10 do...

We noticed a t.v stand with a fireplace and fell in love with it. the sales man was telling us about how the fire place throws out really good heat, and how that heat doesn't do any damage to our electronic devices. He also showed us a variety of colors the stand came in. We told him we were interested, and to ring us up.besides the snotty rude lady who checked us out, I went home a satisfied customer, anxiously waiting the two weeks for my furniture to come in. A couple day's before my delivery day was set i get a call from furniture on consignment stating that my dresser was damaged and it would be another 2 to 4weeks for the replacement to come inš . So today i got some of my furniture delivered, the not damaged furniture. My fireplace/tv stand was just a tv stand with No fireplaceš When I asked the delivery men(who by the way where also very friendly) why the fireplace wasn't in the tvstand, he told me that I didn't purchase one... That it was separate and i only purchased the tvstand!š I then called the store and spoke with someone about the issue i was having with the tvstand, she then confirmed that I only purchased the tv stand and no fireplace. I told her that not at any time did the sales man mention it was two separate purchasesš”He had us thinking it was all one purchase! I didn't even know you could pull out the fireplace! He failed to mention alot! She then put me on hold and shortly after i was disconnected! I called again and she then told me she would have someone contact meš.. So i got a call from them and turned out it was a mistake on their part and i did indeed purchase a tvstand WITH a fireplaceš¤ BUT that it was not in stock so that they should have one dilevered in 2 to 4 weeks!š¤ So now i have a tvstand with fire place missing and a large mirror with no dresser attached to it because it's damaged! last year I purchased my daughters bedroom set from Cherry orchards and im regretting not going there this time,I feel like i would have already had all my furniture here not damaged and...
