If I could give zero stars I would. This place has screwed up my jeans since feb 14th. We've gotten 4 pair back after 2 weeks and now they promised 4 more would be done Thursday after screwing them up the first time. It is now Saturday and they aren't done and I need them for an event, brand that is sponsoring said event jeans. All we keep hearing is excuse after excuse after excuse while being told it's not their fault. They couldn't find my jeans to just give them back to me so now I have to go buy a new pair as they have my nicest ones....somewhere....they can't find. Drop off at your own risk. They may or may not get them back to you no matter what they say. Hopefully I get my jeans back at all...and we all know they...

Western Laundry is the best place in town. Friendliest customer service hands down. Ben owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond for his town and customers. Quick little story , at 10 pm at night customer had a 4 am flight and forgot to pick up his cloths during the day. I called Ben at 10 pm not only did he open up his shop at 10 PM AT NIGHT , He also dropped off the cloths to the resort! Now thats service!...

Western Laundry is a great family friend business. The friendly employees are very easy to work with when it comes to dropping off and picking up my laundry.

I also use Western Laundry for my business. My business gets heavy foot traffic so my rugs get real dirty. Every time I get my rugs back they are clean and look new.
