I really wish I could rate this experience more highly. Everyone I talked to at WTC was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I took my car in for an oil change 2 days ago. However, immediately after my oil change, I smelled a strong oil scent when I started my car. I thought they might have just spilled a little so I thought it was no big deal. However the smell continued to be quite strong today when I was driving to work. When I looked under the hood, I saw that they had forgotten to replace the oil cap, the windshield wiper fluid cap was open, and one of the intake vents (or something) was also open. Nothing bad happened and I plan to take it in tomorrow so they can top off the oil that splattered everywhere under my hood. But I feel like these are very rookie mistakes and could have potentially been dangerous.
Edit: My husband took my car back to WTC today and talked with the manager. After taking a look at the situation under the hood, he immediately offered to take care of everything. They re-did the oil change, cleaned the oil out of the engine compartment, replaced the cabin filter, washed my windshield (from the oil that had splattered/streaked), and vacuumed the interior. They also drove my husband to work and dropped the car off for him when they were finished. The mistake definitely could have been avoided in the first place, but I think the lengths that they went to resolve the situation speaks volumes about the integrity of the individuals working here.    Read moreWe had a flat tire on our car as we were leaving Wickenburg so we were delayed. We live and travel full time in our RV. (Husband drives RV and I drive car.)Cheyenne at the front desk was friendly and helpful as well as kind. She went out to the vehicle to check on size, etc and gave us options for tires. Tim and Josh were extremely helpful and friendly, saying it was a team effort because they had us back on the road before noon. We had options of coffee, apples, and popcorn while we were in the pleasant waiting area. The restroom was big and clean. All the staff smiled and took time to say hello. They noticed that a light was out that read the tire and asked if we wanted that fixed ( only took 15 minutes). We got four new tires and alignment in a timely way and professional service. I use a rolator to help me walk, by the way, and Josh helped me get to the car and place it in the back seat. Mike from Pioneer Tire recommended WTC because we were trying to travel that day. Thank you for making a stressful event very pleasant. We appreciate the kindness and friendly service very much. We have been so blessed...
Read moreOn a work trip from Vegas coming back home.... I started getting a slow leak in my tire after Kingman... wickieup didn't have a tire shop, my other option was fix a flat and it held for a while.....20miles before wickenburg, my tire quickly went flat....I pulled over and have 2 air pumps, 1 broke the other wouldn't power on, I do have a spare but had lent out my cross lug wrench to a friend and didn't collect it back I called Wickenburg tire center..... Tristan drove those 20 miles to inflate my tire and followed me back to their shop, at the shop Aiden fixed and patched my tire in under 15mins. When I asked how much I owed, they said NOTHING. Wow! (I did tip very well FYI).....But talk about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Tristan and Aiden went above and beyond and even after having a horrible day of bad luck ...they made it a million times better! I appreciate those 2 gentlemen immensely and I will be driving all the way to wickenburg from Phoenix anytime I need tires because they deserve my business!...
