We broke down on the south edge of Wickenburg at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a broken serpentine belt and ceased tension pulley. Not only did they have the parts we needed, they went WELL above and beyond expectations. When I said I would have to find a ride Shauna took my payment over the phone and actually got into her car (she said she was just finishing her shift) and DELIVERED my parts to me! She also asked her co-workers if anyone knew a mobile mechanic I could hire to fix the vehicle. They did provide me a number, and although that mechanic was out of town, he was very nice, and I did find someone else to fix the car. We could have been stranded for days in Wickenburg trying to get home to Vegas, but Shauna saved the day! We were back on the road in a couple of hours. Allowing a customer who spoke another language whom was finished with their purchase rudely come back in front of me and just ignore me whom was next in line to check out. Sad and disgusting a business who claims they honor veterans have these employees disrespect a Veteran and allow disability and ethnicity come into their set of values of this business.
