This place is so adorable! I love the cozy atmosphere and the corner where you can read. The leather chairs were comfortable to sit on while we waited for our food. We chose to eat at a table when our food came out but you most certainly can enjoy your coffee or food on the sofa or any other furniture available. I got the loaded burrito, blueberry muffin, and the medium birthday cake frappe. The salsa that comes on the side for the burrito is a MUST! So fresh and delicious. The burrito itself is filling and comes out hot with the right blend of every ingredient. He ordered the same burrito and got a peach apricot ice tea. He loves food and decided to also get the croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich which I HAD to try a bite of. The croissant is so buttery and everything just melts in your mouth. It came wrapped in a news paper looking wrap which was just so cute. The staff is friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. When I asked what their most popular item was they stated the burrito so give it a try! I did and was 100% pleases! I will...
Read moreI’ve been coming here since they opened in 2019. Even after moving an hour and a half away I stopped in every time I could to get some of the finest coffee in all of northeast Ohio. From Lavender cappuccino’s to milkshakes and danishes, Couchland is hard to pass up! I recently went to Europe and Couchland is the only coffee place that doesn’t taste like flavored sugar chemicals in water since I’ve come home.
This is a mom and pop BARISTA so do not expect them to do a circle and then bring your coffee right out. Perfection takes time and that’s what this place prides itself on. You’re going to wait for a freshly brewed coffee and or breakfast selection. I HIGHLY suggest grabbing a breakfast burrito and do NOT pass on the salsa. It’s one of my favorite morning meals.
Overall you’re missing out by going to a Bigbys or Starbucks or Dunkin when we have fantastic locals like Couchland to spend our money at.

Read moreSo this was the second time we gave this place another chance. First time our cold brews were full of coffee grounds 🤢. Today we go in for a to-go order. The place is trashed, filthy. Garbage all over the floors, dirt and broken flooring etc. Nobody greeted us when we came in and the kid behind the counter threw our bag at us and said “yeah it’s ready.” No thank you, no appreciation at all. The ONLY reason we resorted to coming here was because Fiona’s was out of bagels. Which they profusely apologized for. They legitimately care about their customers. It’s no wonder that when we walked in at 11:30 this morning that your shop was a ghost town. A trashed, filthy cafe with 3 rude employees who couldn’t care less about their customers, it was no surprise nobody was patronizing your establishment. I’m surprised that you’re still in business considering this was our 4th and last visit and each time has been a complete disappointment. Your locals are your bread and butter, we pay your bills. It’s unfortunate it goes...
