The Rustic Rose Flowers and Collectibles — Local services in Williamsburg Township

I ordered flowers weeks in advance scheduled to be delivered Dec. 23 for a Christmas gift for my aunt & uncle. I realize around the holidays supplies is in high demand especially during a pandemic. But I ordered way in advance. And what they received was nothing at all like what I was expecting and not even close to what was pictured on the website. And I paid for the premium all that extra and it wasn’t very big like pictured. And their prices are a lot more steep anyway then most florist. And especially when I ordered local right there in Williamsburg. Needless to say I needed sympathy flowers recently and went to a different florist. Although the flowers they did send were pretty and got the job done it wasn’t what I paid for. I also never received an email confirmation of delivery. (Update on my review as of 02/03/2021) The owner personally reached out to me and wanted to make things right. Offered another floral arrangement at no charge. Explained they have since hired a new designer and lowered prices some. My uncle recently passed away and they made an arrangement at no charge to send to his funeral. I am pleased with this. That is excellent customer service. The owner themselves was my understanding personally took care of this arrangement and made it and even got a flower delivery because they didn’t have all the flowers for the specific design I liked. She was informed that arrangement is used for the service and graveside they aren't meant to last. Considering the amount of money spent on this large arrangement it should not be dead in 1 day. She could try to put the flowers upside down in cold water to see if they would perk up (really). Unfortunately I received another arrangement from them yesterday from a family paying tribute for my Mother again the flowers are already dying, Rustic Rose apparently only sends flowers that are dying for sympathy arrangements families are grieving this is not acceptable This florist does not offer exchange of flowers I guess they feel that dying flowers are okay. Do not spend your money with this florist. it is hard enough to loose your Mother and to know someone has spent large amount of money is not acceptable I contacted FTD and filed a complaint...

I called and left a voicemail with a request to order two corsages for prom for my son and his friend. I never received a call back to be informed that they could not do the order and all I received was a very short apology when I asked if she had any recommendations for someone who could do them last minute she said no that she didn't know what other florist situation's were.
