Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Williamsburg Township

Placed an order there tonight for pick up. I got my pizzas and there was hardly any bacon on the one topping pizza and it wasn't cut. I took it back in and the girl behind the counter asked me what she should do about it. I asked for it to be remade. So they remade it. I asked the other lady for paper plates so my kids could try to enjoy the other pizza. She hands me the plates and says, just so you know, we put the bacon under the cheese. Well, if the first person would have told me that, I would have just let it be. I go out to take the plates to my husband and my kids and the second pizza was barely cooked. The bottom was completely white. So I took that one back in and just asked for a refund. The "cook" couldn't give me the refund so I had to wait for the manager. She came up and said I need your card for the refund and don't ever come back here.... are you kidding me????!!!!! I was NOT satisfied with anything there and you will tell me not to come back???? No wonder you are never ever busy when we ordered there in the past. That should have been a sign. Don't worry, I won't be back. I will make sure every single person I know knows not to go there. Our pizza was COMPLETELY burnt. The "cook", SARAH, said she cannot do a single thing about it, BC she's "the only one in besides delivery", and no management availabile. She refused to give us owners info, and said we just have to eat the burnt pizza. (We were also charged $4 more than should have, which SARAH argued about, saying we were wrong, but its right here in our bank statement!!! I told her we have a house full of kids waiting to eat...She absolutely REFUSED to help make this poor company mess right. My 5 Yr old refused to eat it, saying "Its too burnt to eat, its nasty" Our 7 Yr old kept telling us to call back. We did... SARAH HUNG UP ON US!!!! We used to go to Main Street Pizza ( formerly giovani's) all the time and loved their pizza. We have been on a family diet and have not been there for 9 months. Order 2 small pizzas and a med cheese pizza for New Years Eve treat. All three pizzas were skimpy on the cheese, and the cheese that was there was burnt on all pizzas. The toppings on the 2 small pizzas were hardly any. Very very disappointed with this trip. Will not be going there again! If your having a hard time maybe you should throw the towel in and sell, or close the place down,...
