So glad to stumble upon this place. When I walked in here I was greeted with wonderful aromas, bright, happy colors, and smiling faces. I felt welcome. I wasn't really hungry, my anxiety pinging all over the place but I felt okay here. I could sit in here, have a nice big glass of water, and have a nice time with my family. Someone came up to us right away with a big bowl of fresh nachos and salsa. I began to relax.... and then someone spilled their water at my table, right toward me. But, ha, I jumped up before it got me. The staff was really friendly, running right over to help with the mess. I decided to order Ensalada Compadres and I asked for no onion. I really hate onion, and there are a lot of places that prep salads beforehand and no onion is sometimes not possible. I don't begrudge places that, it's just the way it is. No problem for them! They even put effort into making my plate pretty... not for long because I devoured that. It was so, so, so good. I loved how the chicken was seasoned. Oh, and everyone else was happy with their fresh and tasty food as well. At the end we ordered a sopapilla and churros to split amongst us four. Legendary. Then someone at my table knocked a bottle green chile sauce off the table... sigh... but not a hint of aggravation from the staff toward our table of clutzes. Of course we let them know what a great time we had as we left, and the least I can do is leave a raving review. We'll be back, definitely. I'm looking like hmmmmmm they open in a couple hours.... maybe I should call and warn them to put up all things breakable? Ha! I'm so sorry about that, Los Compadres which is aptly named. I hope they are here to stay for a long, long time as this is the best food I've had in forever. Thank you for providing such a nice experience for my family and I, it is much appreciated more than ya'll...

I wanted to try this place a few times before leaving a review. But the third time is the charm and I just have to say. Wow!

This place has some incredible food. The service is extremely timely and friendly, the owner is a great, hard working guy who started the place with his brother who is the chef.

Los Compadres offers a wide variety of Mexican and Spanish cuisine from all over Mexico. They have the standard Mexican restaurant food that you’d find on most Mexican restaurant menus, however, what sets them apart is the food quality. Everything I tasted was fantastic.

I personally prefer authentic Mexican food, so when I first came here I was delighted to see they have a traditional menu. I have ordered the Quesabirria, the Carne Asada and today I ordered the Chile Colorado/Verde.

The Chile Colorado/Verde was honestly mind blowing. I got it with carnitas and the carnitas were so tender and fresh, they melted in my mouth. The verde and red sauces were both incredibly flavorful. It tasted like I was having dinner at a Mexican grandmothers home.

They have a wider variety of beer they offer as well, including the legendary Victoria beer which is really rare around this part of Ohio. They offer Sol as well as modelo, too.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with this place and I’ll always come back. The food, service and prices are all amazing. 10/10...

I finally got to try our local Mexican restaurant! It is spacious inside and absolutely spotless. It's a great atmosphere for everyone. It appears to be staffed well with friendly, helpful people. I had a burrito and an enchilada which were both pretty good. The rice was kinda chewy/crunchy, so I didn't eat it. The beans were okay. The chips aren't hot or fresh tasting and the salsa is spicy! That said, I'm a wimp with even slightly spicy things, so take that with a grain of salt. Lol The prices are pretty comparable to other local Mexican restaurants, maybe a bit lower even. Oh and the unsweet teas were wonderful and plentiful (I was dehydrated). Every customer looked happy to be there. I came before the dinner rush and plenty of people were coming in after me. They have a lot of room though and i can't imagine a long wait. The staff work very well together. I'm so pleased to see this restaurant up and thriving in our community!! As an aside, I'd add pictures, but there's no option here for that. It's a...

If I could give Los Compadres 20 stars, I would. I took 90 2nd-8th graders (at once) here for lunch on a Spanish Immersion Enrichment Trip. We worked with Cesar and the Los Compadres team to build a special Spanish only menu for our kids, affordable delicious-large portions of food, and Cesar even brought in all of his Spanish speaking employees so our students could test out their skills! We also had students with dietary restrictions-they made all the accommodations necessary to make sure our kids were safe. The entire experience was exceptional! Great food, great facilities, amazing staff-and we even were able to sing and celebrate our students who had birthdays this weekend! We’ll be back! I know our kids and their families will be too. Thanks for helping us learn, grow, and helping our students make an awesome memory. Learning can be fun!!

The service here is excellent, fast, friendly, and right on top of things. We got seated right away and got our order in pretty quick. We had some spinach dip while we were waiting and it was really great. The food came out and was good with the exception of the rice, it wasn't hot and rather bland. The pork tamale was excellent though! We had planned on trying the desserts but we were too full. We'll definitely be back here again.

Very friendly staff and delicious food!! I had a chicken chimichanga and my boyfriend has the "lunch #1" and both were fabulous. The atmosphere was a little sterile but I think they opened pretty recently and probably have more decorating to come. None the less this place is popular. It wasn't crazy busy at 11:30am, but it wasn't empty either. And I could definitely go back to try dinner 💕💕
