My experience with this “business” was incredible, in the worst sense of the word. In this age of technology with so many simple mobile phone apps that can log in and track inventory Laura was supposedly not able to even provide me with legitimate receipts came from an entire household. I had repeatedly ask her and finally INSIST that she provide me with documentation for tax purposes all I finally got was a handful of blank receipts from the local Goodwill store! She claimed that she had “no way” of cataloging her inventory or tracking the sales except for goods that she donated. This is ludicrous, in light of the fact that she had to have paid sales tax on the goods she sold from her warehouse. All I received from an entire household of goods was a ridiculous check- no itemization, no explanation- NOTHING. Only a handful of “donation”receipts with no notation, dates or explanation. What is particularly insulting is the fact that she initially promised to hold an estate sale on site and then reneged, took three weeks longer to clear the property than initially promised, and I gave her crew an enormous amount of property gratis that they expressed interest in. I don’t think that I have ever dealt with another company that has so blatantly flaunted the basic ethics of good practice. Perhaps she feels immune because her husband is the employed as a municipal attorney, but I would thing that would hold one to a higher standard, not a lower one. It is particular loathsome that to see someone take advantage of people in positions of grief, as I was, dealing with the death of a spouse, when you don’t have the time to defend yourself against...

From junk to funk to high end china and crystal, furniture, hardware, electronics, toys and household items its worth a look every week. New items released every Sunday. Laura Kinsman and her staff are simply amazing. They cleared out our home, did a thorough cleaning prior to the new owners assuming the property, sold our furniture, kitchen, bath, patio & garage items that we did not keep, and eventually donated the limited number of unsold items. All we had to do was pack and move what we wanted to keep and Laura and her phenomenal team handled everything else. They respond to questions quickly, handle everything efficiently and they do all this at a very reasonable cost. They are understandably busy so make sure to book as far in advance as possible.
