They are everything that you hope to find in a business these days but rarely do; knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and honest. Customer service is clearly their number one priority. Rhonda, in particular, was very professional and attentive. My wife and I went here to have some work done on our wedding bands. Rhonda made sure the work on our bands, which was done immediately on site, was perfect and to our satisfaction. While waiting, we were able to browse through their breathtaking, completely custom inventory. Truly quality and one of a kind jewelry at an honest price. I highly recommend Johnstown Jewelers on Jamestown Road for jewelry repair or design. I have been a resident in Williamsburg for twenty-five years and have yet to find a jeweler who takes a personal interest in customers so that his/her clients can be better served. I was fortunate enough to have found Moona at Johnstown Jewelers. She is a knowledgeable and experienced jeweler who is willing to stay beyond working hours to answer my questions or to complete work by a certain date. I had such a great experience here! This local, family-owned jeweler went above and beyond. I brought in a new watch that needed resizing and an heirloom ring that was missing a tiny pearl. The woman who helped me was so warm and kind. She offered to work on the more challenging watch while I stepped out for a bit, and when I came back, it fit perfectly.

To my surprise, she had also found a small pearl to replace the missing one in my grandfather’s ring and she didn’t even charge me for it. That kind of genuine kindness and care is so rare these days.
