The ladies here are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the different kinds of outdoor furniture and outdoor furniture care/cleaning. We have purchased several pieces of very beautiful and quality outdoor furniture through here and delivery prices are reasonable. It is definitely an investment but I have no doubt that the pieces we have will last much longer than what you can buy at home improvement stores. I have a couple reasons why I deducted a star. The first reason is regarding consistency and clarity with discounts offered. When we first shopped there, we were interested in purchasing a set of patio furniture and inquired about discounts for purchasing multiple items and/or paying for everything up front. We were told that they would be able to give us an additional discount. In the quote for the furniture we were interested in to be ordered the additional discount was there, but when we came back a month later to finalize our purchase they decided to sell us the floor model set of what we were looking to order and we were not given any discounts on that even though it was "gently used". They frequently advertise sales through social media or their website but it's not specific and when you get there you have to ask exactly what the sale is. It isn't always clearly marked. There doesn't seem to be any incentive for being a repeat customer, either, which would be nice to have since the furniture is not inexpensive. The second reason is communication from Williamsburg Wicker regarding order delays. Two of our orders have had delays that we only found out about when we called Williamsburg Wicker. The first one was delayed by a month past when we expected to receive it. The second is currently delayed another 2 months from when it was expected to ship. In both of these cases the delays were delays due to supplier issues but we had to call Williamsburg Wicker a week or two after the items were expected to arrive to inquire about the status of our order. It would be better customer service to proactively inform your customer of potential delays beforehand. I just discovered this wonderful, adorable store a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of not only great outdoor furniture, but high quality indoor items as well. I saw lots of beautiful artwork, rugs, pillows, and other items to decorate with like ginger jars, mirrors, lanterns, lamps, etc. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable, with a great eye for design.
