Ordered online for (2 medium anything deal ) carryout. Approximate wait for the order was 35-45 minutes. However, when the person sent, went to pick up the order it was said to have about 30 minutes until ready. We waited at least 20 before leaving. This location is about 8 minutes away from me. After waiting 30 minutes at the location the order was still not even in progress. Through communication with the person waiting and message I was being told it was still not ready. At this point I called and spoke with an employee on the phone and explained I had ordered online and had a person there waiting and it had now been an hour when wait time was said to be 35 to 45 minutes. She simply said well online doesn't always match the wait time in a location. I stated it should. What point is it to order online if not? She responded with we can not change the times online that is from main office. I said so I guess I will just have to go online to deal with that issue. At this time she said my order would be ready after the 2 pizza coming out. I asked how long? Response "about 5ish minutes" When said and done the order was an hour and a half before being ready. To top it off, as I was waiting and communicating with the person at the location to pick it up, I went online typed a message under contact us to make a complaint answered all the questions and there was an issue inputting the location and submitting. Read moreSo my husband and I tried ordering online using the app. Then we tried using the internet. Basically their website was down and after we ordered and waited for 40 minutes, food never came. Yes I did receive a confirmation. I called and they said they never received the order. When I called and placed an order I asked them if they honored the online coupons, they said yes. When I placed the same order as I did online, it was $13 more. The coupons did not match up. The manager tells me that they don't honor the online coupon. One, that's stupid. Two, it wasn't my fault that I could not use the online coupon, It was theirs. After going back and forth with the manager and then my husband jumping in the mix and making the manager accept the online coupon, forty Minutes later we received our food. I've never seen hard plastic boxes so beat up! None of this could have been done by accident in my opinion! Because we pressed the coupon issue, they were upset, and smashed our food within the boxes. The pizza box was smashed, the side dish boxes were smashed, the lemon pepper french fries had so much salt on them and we threw them away. Read moreI’ve never left a review before, but I feel like I need to share my experience with this Pizza Hut. Earlier tonight I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and no toppings, a brownie tray, and cheese sticks. Delivery was pretty fast, so kudos there. But that’s where my experience went south. The pizza was stuck to the box and when I did manage to pry a piece off without ripping it, it was completely limp. I literally had to roll the pizza around the crust to eat it! The brownie tasted ok, but it too was stuck to the pan. The only highlight of the meal would have been the cheesy bread, but the marinara sauce was ice cold. What the heck Pizza Hut!!
