Worker was very rude. I tried to return a power adapter for a Nintendo Switch. My child had tore the box so I figured I wouldn't get a refund. Worker was walking away from desk when we walked in and rudely ask do you need something. I was trying to explain that I bought the product Saturday and he cut me off mid sentence leaned over the counter and pounded at the store policy and stated he can not take the return. I tried to explain it shows it works for the Switch but would not work. He set down on the stool folded his arms and stated I should have read before I bought. My husband asked how does anyone know if it works if it isn't out of box? The man said well I cant' return it. I walked off told husband to come on. I then turned around and told the guy I did not come in with attitude so why is he? He rudely stated I don't have attitude you got attitude when I told you I couldn't take your item back. I said no I got attitude when your smart A$$ pounded on the counter at me. No wonder why they can't keep employees up there. 1/30/22 This review is for Charleston West Virginia. I went in here to purchase a few comic books and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life in a comic book store. There were two workers to my knowledge working at the time. I had trouble finding comic books and had asked the male working at the time and he was very unsociable and very rude, he could not be talked to and found it more important to be opening pokemon cards at the time. When checking out, the lady at the cash register was very lazy and complained about checking out my order. Then she proceeded to try to short me my change and then acted oblivious to the entire thing and was very condescending when i asked for my proper change back. They are a rip off I am a pokemon card dealer I take them 2 cards worth $112 and they offer me $60 store trade that is only %65 pence on a trade in .. if y all want to sell cards hit me up hero’s haven I’ll do %15 above comps on trade in and 60% in cash %75 if it graded and a good card . Don’t take your cards here they will rip u off. I been in a he game 11 years and this place is a joke do not sell your cards to these guys unless u want to give them away .
