This use to be my favorite store love the manager but my last two experiences has brought me not to want to shop at either store because I’ve had not one but two bad experiences first experience was puff city I purchased a vape and it was defected I asked for it to be exchanged and Mike proceeded to tell me I had to take it up with the boss I said call your boss he refused needless to say I left with a defective device and was a waste of money then today I went to choice thinking maybe it was just the store but they had novo 9000 on sale 1 for 15.99 2 for 25.99 they rang up for 33 that’s not a sale it should of came up to 27.94 so again I left the store unsatisfied because I’m not paying full price for vapes that are on sale when there are clearly big neon signs that you see clear as day and you don’t honor it sorry to say I will not be shopping either...

This store is so new, spacious and bright. The store personnel are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide array of products. Everything from tobacco, vapes and pipe accessories are available for you to see up close before you buy. Parking is easy and front of store is brightly lit for safety....

I felt comfortable & cared for as a customer today. I even asked if they could possibly get a certain product in for an order and they said they’ll look into it from their vendor. Extremely nice. Very clean and nice looking store. A lot of stuff to look at. I’ll be coming here...
